Det finns ju många olika sätt att konsumera kaffe. När kaffekannan till bryggaren gick sönder i helgen var det dags att kolla efter en ny. Det visar sig finnas fler val än bara vilken kaffebryggare man vill ha. Valet ligger närmast en ny bryggare men här kommer mina mest intressanta bryggtekniker.

Värm vattnet på spisen och lyft upp kastrullen vid kokpunkten. Om vattnet får koka för länge blir det syrefattigt och ger kaffet mindre smak. Häll vattnet i tratten i omgångar.
